# How Invite a Friend works

> How to share your referral link or code, what your friend gets, and when your reward promo code is issued.

Invite a friend to eBanano — they get a discount on their first order, and you get a personal promo code after their successful purchase and the 14-day no-refund period.

## When the program unlocks for you

Invite a Friend becomes available after your **first successfully paid order** has gone **14 days without a refund**.

Your eSIM does not need to be installed, activated, or used.

## Share a link or code

The Invite a Friend screen provides:

* a personal referral link;
* a personal referral code;
* a **Share** action.

The link is the main path. The code is a fallback if the link is inconvenient or referral context is lost.

They are two ways to identify the same referral relationship — not two separate programs.

## Who can accept an invitation

The invited person can already have an eBanano account, as long as they have **never had a successful eBanano order**.

Before their first successful order, the invitation can be changed or removed. After that first successful purchase, the inviter relationship is fixed for this program.

## What your friend gets

A personal promo code:

* **15%** off the first order;
* maximum discount **\$3**;
* valid for **6 months**.

## What you get

After your friend’s first successful paid order, a 14-day control period begins.

If the order is not refunded during that period, you receive a personal promo code:

* **15%**;
* maximum **\$3**;
* valid for **6 months**.

The friend does not need to install or activate the eSIM for your reward to qualify.

## Referral limit

You can share invitations freely.

The program counts up to **10 qualified friends** — friends who completed the reward condition.

A failed payment or a refund before the 14-day point does not consume a qualified-friend slot.

## Discounts do not stack

A referral promo code follows the normal promo-code rules:

* one promo code per order;
* no stacking with other promo codes or promotions;
* failed payment does not burn the code;
* after a successful refund, a used code is restored with a new 6-month validity period.
