# Payment Methods Accepted at eBanano for eSIM Purchases

> eBanano accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bananos loyalty points — see every option and pay with confidence.

Whether you're booking a last-minute trip or planning ahead, eBanano supports several fast and secure payment options so you can skip the stress and get connected the moment you land. 🍌

## Ways to Pay

**Credit & Debit Cards** — We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Most debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo work too. Just make sure your card is enabled for online purchases before heading to checkout.

**Apple Pay** — On an iPhone or iPad? Breeze through checkout with Apple Pay — no card number typing required. Available on Safari and the eBanano iOS app.

**Google Pay** — Android user or shopping on Chrome? Google Pay makes checkout quick and painless — available on Android devices and most modern web browsers.

**Bananos Points** — Earned some Bananos loyalty points on past purchases? Put them to work! You can use your Bananos as a full or partial discount on your next plan. Every peel counts. 🍌

## Is My Payment Secure?

Absolutely. eBanano uses **SSL encryption** on every checkout page, which means your payment details travel over a secure, encrypted connection from your device to our payment processor. We never store your full card number on our servers — payments are handled by trusted, industry-standard payment partners. Shop with confidence.

## Frequently Asked Questions

<Accordion title="Why was my card declined?">
  A declined card can happen for a few reasons — none of them are fun, we know. Here are the most common culprits:

  * Your bank may have flagged the charge as unusual (this happens a lot with international companies). Try calling your bank to approve the transaction and retry.
  * The card details entered don't match what your bank has on file — double-check the card number, expiry date, and CVV.
  * Your card may not be enabled for online or international purchases. Your bank can switch this on quickly.
  * Insufficient funds on a debit card.

  If none of the above help, try a different payment method or reach out to our support team.

<Accordion title="Can I pay with multiple payment methods on one order?">
  You can combine **Bananos points** with any other payment method (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) to cover part of the cost. However, you can't split a payment between two separate cards or two different digital wallets on a single order.

<Accordion title="Do you support PayPal?">
  PayPal isn't supported at eBanano right now — but it's on our radar! In the meantime, you can use a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your Bananos points. If PayPal support is important to you, let us know via the feedback button in the app — your vote helps us prioritize.

<Accordion title="Will I be charged in my local currency?">
  eBanano displays prices in **USD** by default. Depending on your card and bank, you may be charged in USD and converted to your local currency at your bank's exchange rate — or your bank may charge a small foreign transaction fee. We recommend checking with your bank if you're unsure. Using Apple Pay or Google Pay can sometimes help avoid extra fees.
