Browse plans on ebanano.com or in the app, find the perfect plan for your destination, and add it to your cart.

Proceed to checkout

When you’re ready to buy, tap Checkout to move to the payment page.

Log in to your account

You must be logged in to redeem Bananos. If you’re not already signed in, you’ll be prompted to log in or create an account at this step.

Look for the 'Use Bananos' toggle or checkbox

On the checkout page, find the Use Bananos option — it’ll show your current Bananos balance alongside the discount it represents.

Choose how many Bananos to apply

Toggle on the full amount, or adjust the slider or input field to apply only a portion of your balance. The discount will update in real time.

Complete your purchase

Once you’re happy with the discount applied, finish checkout as normal. Your Bananos are deducted and your savings are locked in. Enjoy the trip!
You don’t have to spend all your Bananos at once. If you’re saving up for a longer or pricier trip, apply just a few now and let the rest keep growing. Every little bit counts!

The value of your Bananos balance is shown clearly at checkout in your local currency equivalent. You can also check your balance and its current value at any time by going to My Bananos in your account profile. The exact conversion rate may vary slightly with promotions.
A few things to check:
  • Make sure you were logged in to your account before reaching checkout — Bananos can’t be applied on guest orders.
  • Check that you actively toggled on the Use Bananos option (it isn’t applied automatically by default).
  • Ensure your Bananos balance hasn’t expired due to account inactivity.
