Need help with a purchase or eSIM? Open Support in the app. If the issue relates to a specific order or eSIM, opening support from there makes it easier to identify the problem. The reply comes by email, not through a live chat in the app. You can check the reply address before sending your request.

Send a request

1

Choose what happened

Select Installation, Internet, Payment, Refund, Promo codes, or Other, then narrow down the problem.
2

Review any relevant help

A suggested article may solve your problem immediately. Reading it is optional: you can still submit your request.
3

Describe the problem

Explain what you expected, what happened, and what you tried. Answer an extra question if it’s needed for your issue.
4

Check the reply email and send

Add screenshots if they’re useful. After sending, you’ll see a request number.

What happens after sending?

Support reviews the request and replies to the email address shown in the form. If more information is needed, the conversation continues by email. A service push can let you know that support has replied. You don’t need to stay on the support screen. There is no separate in-app support chat or inbox at launch.

What information is included?

When it’s available, 2Chip attaches the order or eSIM involved, current states, payment references, and relevant app or device details automatically. You don’t need to copy the order number, eSIM identifier, or device information if 2Chip already has it. The form may still ask what you see on the phone, the exact error message, or for an optional screenshot.

If you’ve already contacted us

If an open request exists for the same issue, the app can show its number and let you Add information rather than creating a duplicate. If a refund is already in progress, first check its status in the related order.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, your bank PIN, CVV/CVC, or a full card number. Don’t share eSIM activation details or QR codes unless support specifically needs them.
