Apply a promo code before payment. The discount and final amount should be visible before you confirm the charge.

General rules

  • a promo code is valid for 6 months;
  • the maximum discount is $3;
  • only one promo code can be used per order;
  • promo codes do not stack with other promo codes, promotions, or discounts;
  • if several codes are available, you choose one;
  • a code can be public or personal.
The percentage depends on the specific promo code. Always rely on the code conditions and the final amount shown before payment.

If payment fails

The promo code is not burned. If payment is finally declined, the code can be used again. If the payment result is still unknown, the code stays associated with the current attempt until the final result arrives.

If the order is refunded

After a successful refund, the promo code used for that order is restored. Its new validity period is 6 months from the successful refund.

If a promo code does not apply

Check:
  • the code was entered correctly;
  • it has not expired;
  • it applies to your account and order;
  • no other promo code or discount is already selected.
If everything looks correct but the discount still does not appear, contact support before paying.

Your friend gets a first-order discount, and you can earn a personal promo code after the referral conditions are met.
