Data Usage Alerts
Get a heads-up before you run out of data. eBanano will notify you when you’ve used 80% and 95% of your plan so you can top up before you’re left without a connection.
Account Notifications
Important alerts related to your account security — including password changes, login attempts from a new device, and other account activity you should know about.
Promotional Emails
Hear about special offers, newly available destinations, Bananos promotions, and seasonal deals. Great for finding a bargain before your next trip!
How to Update Your Notification Settings

Log in to your account
Visit ebanano.com and sign in to your eBanano account.

Go to Account Settings > Notifications
Tap your profile icon in the top corner, then navigate to Account Settings > Notifications.

Toggle each notification type on or off
You’ll see a list of notification categories. Simply toggle each one on or off according to your preferences.

Save your preferences
Tap Save to apply your changes. Your new notification settings will take effect immediately.
Order confirmations, eSIM delivery notifications, and security alerts cannot be turned off. These are essential communications — they ensure you receive your eSIM and stay protected. All other notification types are fully optional.
