Got a promo code? Excellent — you’re already winning at travel. Here’s exactly where to enter it, how to make sure it’s applied correctly, and what to do if something goes sideways.

How to Apply a Promo Code

1

Add your plan to your cart

Browse to your destination on ebanano.com or in the eBanano app, choose your plan, and tap Add to Cart.
2

Proceed to checkout

When you’re ready, tap the cart icon and hit Checkout to move to the payment screen.
3

Find the 'Promo Code' or 'Discount' field

On the checkout page, look for a field labeled Promo Code, Discount Code, or Have a coupon? — it’s usually just below your order summary.
4

Enter your code exactly as written

Type (or paste!) your promo code into the field. Codes are case-sensitive, so make sure the capitalisation matches exactly. TRAVEL10 and travel10 are not the same code.
5

Tap 'Apply' and watch the savings appear

Hit the Apply button — if the code is valid, your discount will show up in the order summary instantly, before you confirm payment. 🎉
The safest way to enter a promo code is to copy and paste it directly from the email or message where you received it. This avoids sneaky typos and invisible extra spaces that can cause “invalid code” errors.

Can I Combine Promo Codes?

Only one promo code can be applied per order. However, you can use your Bananos loyalty points alongside a promo code — so stack those savings where you can! 🍌
If you have multiple promo codes, choose the one with the best discount and save the others for a future purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

If your code is being rejected, run through this quick checklist:
  • Check the spelling and capitalisation — codes are case-sensitive. Try copy-pasting directly from the source.
  • Look for extra spaces — sometimes a space sneaks in at the beginning or end of the code when copying. Delete any spaces and try again.
  • Check the expiry date — most promo codes have a limited validity window. If the code came from an email or promotion, check if it mentions an end date.
  • Check eligibility — some codes only apply to specific plans, regions, or new customers. Read the small print in the message where you received the code.
If everything looks right and it’s still not working, get in touch with our support team and share the code — we’ll figure it out together.
Different promo codes offer different types of discounts — some are a fixed amount off (e.g. $5 off), others are a percentage off the subtotal, and some only apply to specific plans. If the discount is smaller than expected, it’s worth double-checking the terms of the promotion. If you believe the discount is genuinely incorrect, contact our support team with your promo code and order details and we’ll review it for you.
Most promo codes do have an expiry date — it’s usually mentioned in the email, banner, or message where you found the code. If you’re unsure, the fastest way to check is to enter the code at checkout — if it’s expired, it will show as invalid.Tip: Don’t sit on a good promo code for too long. Use it before your next trip and bank the savings!
